Pros

The office is very nice and comfortable. Nothing but the best in terms of hardware and meeting equipment.

Cons

The management team claim to give feedback and help but none is truly offered. The personal is very much a small group who only want to help their own group and not new people.

- Decent benefits - Work schedule flexibility if you are one of the "chosen ones". Everyone else is required to be there 8 to 5. - Free soda - Happy hours, christmas party

Cons

- Micro-managing owners - Family politics wreak havoc on production (4 members of the upper management team are related) - No one can make a timely decision - Require BA and Dev employees to work obscene hours due to poor project mgmt - No communication from higher ups. Everything is a secret. - No one is happy to work here except for those who worked under the previous CEO. Even they are tired of the new regime... they're just too nervous to say anything. - Good luck if you're a new employee. You might have accepted the job 2 weeks ago, but they aren't going to have anything ready for your arrival... HR probably won't even be here.
