Pros

PTO, Pay, Helping patients, great/caring HR team, speaking to patients/facilities, good/dedicated managers/asm's.

Cons

I've had 6 managers in almost 7 years in July -Teams merge and unmerge many times and team members are moved more than usual -countless surveys go unheard. If heard - things don't improve most of the time. We do hundreds. -Outsourced our business. Roughly 20% US employees 80% out of country. Add or take. Use to be 100% US. *Great people no matter. -We have had/still do Mandatory OT a ton. Got worse last year or so. 1hr every shift. -We launch systems without proper QA and leads to more work for employees and also confusion amongst team members daily. Rarely improves in time. People using them are never asked as a whole company. Test two teams and launch. -Managers and asms have to stay till 11pm/12am just to meet metrics -unfair metrics -changes so much and always dings the hard workers. For example prior metrics 110% performance. New metrics you only get 66%. You want ideally 100% + - ding people for making errors that are not in a SOP/Rule book. Even if a manager says we are right they have to basically go to "court" and even they get denied. Comes off as a witch hunt to save money on bonuses. Mind you we have hundreds of small rules and tons to remember. -People get advised perfect 100% quality however same people are getting things fixed daily. -promote people way too quick -programs/people can erase notes which can lead to you getting in trouble -Expectations are always high -High turnover rate and poor attendance -very short staffed -people that have not been late and have perfect attendance don't get appreciated -Using poor AI to replace work done by workers. Knowingly that it works poor as well which causes more work for employees -Telling employees they appreciate all you do and praise you for being a hard worker but get watched like a non hard worker. No trust.
