Grateful to have a paycheck.

This company conducts business in North America but it is essentially an Indian company with a deep Indian mentality. Their method of operation is simple; overload employees with work; set unreasonable deadlines and constantly badger employees to deliver. This works quite well for the staff in India, where IT workers are plentiful. Outside of India however, this philosophy does not work and their turnover ratio is quite high. Needless to say, working for edynamic was the worst experience of my 10+ year career.

From The top mgmt to Tech Leads...Filled with Fools...Almost every month salary is coming after 15th ...Every Saturday and Sunday is working...No comp-offs ...You can't even think of an Holiday over public holidays...No Diwali...No Holi....No Eid...work as a bounded labour...And what would you get in return is Nothing.

Cons

No HR process. No best practices. No coding standard. No management. No salary on time. No future vision. Money centric organization.
