Pros
Autonomy, some flexibility in scheduling, nice office environment. It did feel like you had a voice as far as change went, but seeing that change activated was another story. Yearly pay raise and POSSIBLE bonus if the sales team met their quota. Unique employees with vested interest in making the company succeed.
Cons
Support from management was shaky at best. HR department did not feel the need to actually cultivate their human resources in the company. Expectations were reasonable, but if you did not meet them you risked being yelled at like a child. Senior managers were not present in the Yellow Springs office, so if you needed assistance with something, you had to rely on email, which could take up to a week to get a response.
