Pros

Only best part is the work mode is complete remote.

Cons

Leadership is based in Luxembourg and racial discrimination is evident. Hectic work life, understaffed and underpaid.

Toxic work culture

Pros

Remote work culture and less skills of e-commerce needed to survive here

Cons

The onboarding is smooth, but the reality kicks in fast. Leadership lacks industry knowledge, avoids accountability, and juniors end up doing most of the work often blamed when things go wrong. There’s favoritism even among juniors, while some in leadership are barely involved. Growth is unclear, promotions are based on personal equations, and internal politics is hard to ignore. The company says it’s data-driven and values integrity mostly for show. Clients and good employees leaving says enough. If there’s one thing consistent across India and Luxembourg leadership, it’s how well they dodge the truth

Global Agency, Local Disaster

Pros

Remote working is widely adopted. The office had walls, I guess. You’ll gain a deep appreciation for actual competence once you leave.

Cons

Leadership so lost they need a GPS to find common sense. Zero strategy, zero growth, zero ability to read and use data. Working for this agency felt like stepping onto a luxury cruise, except the captain’s confused, the map is upside down, and the lifeboats are being used as coffee tables. The C-suite loves to parade around with big, important titles, yet their collective understanding of eCommerce could fit on the back of a napkin. Strategic meetings? More like glorified buzzword karaoke. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "let's align”, I could’ve bought the company and shut it down myself. As for their much-celebrated global team, the only thing global is the inequality. The offshore team carries the workload quietly and relentlessly while being denied even the suggestion of a raise. Not everyone, of course. The local “team leads” have somehow mastered the art of managing without contributing, a true modern skill. Client delivery is another masterpiece. Most accounts are managed through the cheapest automation tools, passed off as cutting-edge tech. Localization? That goes through a "partner network" which is basically code for copy-pasting into Google Translate and invoicing like it was handcrafted by native linguists with PhDs. Presentation decks are longer than most novels and filled with screenshots of team members in different time zones as if that alone justifies the fees. I genuinely feel bad for the clients. They’re sold a polished narrative of global excellence and get a chaotic blend of confusion, mismanagement, and tactical fluff.
