      The policies made were only for management's own benefit!

      The salary was average, and everyone seemed cool at first.

      Cons

      There were weird office policies, as weird as the CEO and the management team! Employees have to bring their laptops with them at all times and answer to management whenever they need you. That means even when you're home, on a break, and off hours! The policies they made were for their own benefit!
