Where can I start? The base salary is low with an amount of "incentive" that I found personally insulting, you're working multiple roles in addition to your job description, the leadership is very bad (I don't even know if they knew what they're doing except to "go public" which has been repeated as the next year's plan for the last four years), nosy Marketing Director that always want to get in anybody's business and licking the management's behind, low-EQ CPO doesn't even know how to hire the right people or maybe overselling the roles since the employee churn rate is very high, no protection from the management for the demanding clients that overwork employees, NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE, NO SUPPORT FOR MENTAL HEALTH DESPITE THEM CAUSING THE AFOREMENTIONED MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER — MORE THAN 3 PEOPLE IN MY DEPARTMENT HAS RESIGNED BECAUSE THEY GOT DEPRESSION WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY AND GETTING NO SUPPORT FROM THE COMPANY. So yeah, pretty much stay away from this company unless you want to become depressed too. I told them all this during my exit interview and let's see if they finally wake up and do something ,but I doubt. Overall, good riddance.

- The most unethical & unprofessional people I have ever worked with - They have kids as their CEO with bad experiences and history. Ex- The Thailand CEO comes from Zalora (a loss making struggling startup in SEA). Very inexperienced and incapable leaders who dream of changing the world in one day - I feel bad working for them as well because they have weird people at senior positions(below CEO) who are just Thai and dictate the laws -Not for expats or smart people at all. If you have experience in working for a MNC then just stay away from aCommerce. However good for freshers for a year.
