Pros
The onboarding and training in my first few weeks was really well thought out and delivered by some genuinely great people. From the outset, I've been trusted to take my own approach to product management with full support from the senior leadership team, which goes a long way. The strategy the SLT are rolling out fills me with real confidence; the business is growing at a strong pace and the direction it's heading is genuinely exciting. I feel lucky to have the opportunity to be part of it.
Cons
Only 3 months in, so too early to flag any significant concerns. As with any fast-growing business, there is naturally some change and iteration along the way, but I firmly believe in the direction we're taking as a business.
