Pros
Zircon is a good place for recent grads to get hands-on experience with a simple electronic product
Cons
There is no room for advancement. All the senior roles are held by people who have worked at Zircon for decades. Most of the technical people were graduates of trade schools. Product design is done without a requirements document, and no test protocol. Its a wonder they are still in business.
