Pros

Nothing much to mention here, as their software is outdated and not suitable for current generation.

Cons

No professionalism in HR department No proper hikes or incentives No proper training from US team and its outdated software, nothing useful here regarding career growth. No proper work policy. Some will work from home forever and some come to office and work extra hours. Some people drink liquor in office and management support them because they are the key resources. No hikes and promotions and the bonus will be paid if you stay for 3 years only. All the senior employees has resigned and very high attrition in the company. NEVER JOIN

There is nothing good in this company

1) No Proper ethics at work. 2) No Proper Management Team. 3) Management is biased towards the people who sing praises for them and do no work. 4) Office is more like a bar than a work place. 5) Management thinks to perform from the day one without even providing proper training. 6) HR department is the worst, no proper qualified people and their communication skills way below the average level. 7) No proper work life balance 8) People work more than 15 hours and they are not compensated for the work that they have produced. 9) worst politics in the organization. 10) New hires are supposed to work from office and not allowed to work from home what so ever happens but most of the senior employees are given the opportunity to work from home for ever. 11) People spend more time on the roof doing unprofessional things rather than working at their desks. 12) Management doesn't allow friendly conversations other department even though they say that everyone is a part of zerocodeHR family. 13) crappy work culture.

Thank you for your feedback. It is important for us to note what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. 1) We in fact have a strong work ethic. Our core values include integrity and honesty. 2) We have a flat organizational structure where every employee can access the executive management within two levels of hierarchy. 3) High performers who deliver measurable productive work are rewarded. We also employ peer reviews to counter any management bias and receive regular independent feedback from all relevant stakeholders as well as team members before evaluating performance. 4) This is a complete misrepresentation of facts. We have a zero-tolerance policy on any violation of workplace ethics. 5) Training is provided from the day of joining with multiple assignments, and regular feedback is provided on the progress. 6) We recently restructured our HR and onboarded experienced qualified HR personnel. 7) For employees who enjoy both work and life, the balance automatically comes in. If any employee has issues, they can address them with the management anytime they want. 8) We encourage working smart rather than hard; good work is always appreciated and noted. That said, in rare cases, if extra hours are put in, our performance review process, competitive compensation, and incentive plans address the same with the employee. 9) We believe in pay for performance. The performance metrics are transparent. 10) We strive for a healthy mix of work from home and office for work-life balance. For new hires, we expect work from the office so they can bond with the senior team members and learn from them. 11) Our employees work honestly and diligently, and we are proud of our team. 12) This is probably extending the family concept too far. Our management encourages cross-team communication as long as they are related to work. 13) The organization prides itself in sessions such as 'Know Your Peers' on Monday, 'Wellness Wednesday' and 'Fun Friday'. Our employees have rated us as the Best Place to Work. Any honest and sincere feedback will always be taken in the right spirit. Our employees trust us, and our customers like us for what we do. Pros

THIMC, You must know what you are signing up for before joining. Let me vent now. 1. I wont be judged if I ask a stupid (not silly) question to a senior! . The Top leadership in the extended company is Amazing, form the conversations I had with them there are No slackers. None, haven't met any. Everyone works their rear off. 2. Our team (US and IN) shares a great bonding. There is appropriate amount of work sharing and there is clear communication. 3. I get chance to work with some of the largest companies in the world form various domains. There will be intense days with hectic schedules but fruitful days will always follow. 4. I have flexible work hours, I literally come to office anytime I want to and leave after my work is completed, of course on the upper side but I take enough breaks to dissolve my pressure. Flexible work hours also include weekends :) 5. If you will like the work there wont be pressure, This is a HR products implementation consulting role, This role fundamentally involves deadlines, deliverables and responsibilities. Margin of error is very thin, and Errors are not acceptable at all as it may have a large impact directly to the client's employees. 6. 40/50 employees are Ultra productive. Every person is the “smartest person in the room” and Everyone is a leader. I strongly urge the management to revert back to previous recruitment strategy. There's no competition but individually productive. (Most employees put in extra hours EOD to make sure tasks are done, not necessarily they log them. I have personally seen employees work on the weekend and not log time for it. ) In general the mood of the office is often bright and open. I added this as a PRO because at the end of the day the Employees are Happy even after giving in the effort. 7. My leader(Director, Client Relationship) never Denied a Leave or Short Time offs. I have never hesitated tell about virtually anything I wanted to. I Admire Her with the amount of effort She puts into getting the deliveries completed with utmost client satisfaction. 9. I was gifted a book , got promoted :) (Please change my title), got a raise twice :) and got good amount of incentives. 10. Work Life Balance - On an average day, I work for 12-13 hours including breaks summing to 3-4 hours. 11. P. has been very helpful and always supported me for all the Professional and personal requests. 12. Free Snacks!! I heard a rumor that organization shifting to complete Healthy snacks. It's FASTER to grab chips than make a toast!, Free Travel!! at Nights and nominal payment for day travel. 3 employees cap for Sedans and 5 employee cap for SUV. Trust me this is a very big boon in terms of hygiene and comfort and I hope there will be no alterations to this policy. Free Dinner!! Although I rarely have dinner in office because I'm most productive during dinner hours, but Most times dinner is up to the mark, the organization is making all efforts to improve the dinner situation. Fun Friday!! Every Friday we either go out for Cricket/Badminton/Bowling and if it's a hectic day for most, we prefer to play something in office. 13. Sometimes the clients may be un happy even if the team gives their 100%. and the management completely understands this. 14. During busy season you will be assigned multiple clients. your day will be filled with meetings, you need to squeeze time in between meetings to complete the work. 15. Let me tell you that people here super good, The whole office runs like a family and almost the whole organization knows each other, We often have fun while work. Please note fun is pain sometimes!! I have made some of the greatest friends here. All in All, I'm Enjoying working here because I like this work, If you do not like something and you are still doing it then you are doing it wrong. You must be professionally inclined to the job you are doing.

Cons

1. The general office eco system has been hit from the past year due to various reasons, I see that management is taking all steps to bring it back. 2. Coin has 2 sides, Sometimes you may be the only person in the whole organization to know the solution of a problem. 3. I have generally not felt any politics, But expect the politics to be same as any good company.
