      Pros

      Zappi is a place that offers grown up flexibility and autonomy in a culture that balances fun and energy with a drive for excellence and growth. There are a lot of smart people who excel at what they do, and the vision and direction of the company is inspiring and motivating.

      Cons

      As with any company where there is a transformative vision and ambitious growth targets, it can sometimes come with pressure and feel demanding. But the upside and rewards make it worthwhile in my experience.

      Pros

      Zappi is a fantastic place to work, where there's opportunity to sell market leading solutions and you feel empowered by team leaders. For a remote business, cross-functional collaboration is very effective and people are willing to offer support whenever possible. The roadmap ahead is an exciting one and senior leaders continue to remain focused on enhancing the business from a commercial perspective.

      Cons

      As a remote global business, there can be some time zone difficulties, but this is usually more rare than common.
