      Pros

      None, this company has been stuck in "Start-up" mode for 20 years. It never started up, the batteries they manufacture cost way too much compared to their competitors. If you want to miserable, then apply here.

      Cons

      No raises, nepotism, worst VP's I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

      Pros

      Very friendly and welcoming employees. If you work hard enough you'll be able to make a positive impact on the company-provided you don't work on the production floor.

      Cons

      Due to its small size, moving up in the company is difficult. Raises are not always guaranteed and some work ethic may go overlooked.
