      salary is not competitive ,bonus structure is bad and certain individuals who are power hungry

      Yoco has had 2 cycles of layoffs - there’s little or no job security. You could wake up having a great day not knowing its going to end in retrenchment 💔

      Some areas and teams are neglected, if you’re not working on a “strategic” area you are effectively forgotten about Company still a long way from profitable. CEO and CTO out of the country and disconnected from customers.
