Pros

Working within the financial industry, gaining knowledge about products and investments, a professional atmosphere

Cons

The hours were minimal and location of work was dispersed around a small region. Also with not working in the same location on a daily basis it is difficult to build a relationship between employee and member.

Pros

Good people to work with. Caring and kind. Patient population also very nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Management negative/punative. No appreciation for staff. Never a thank you for above the call of duty work or contributions. Fault finding when staff has worked hard and done a great job.

Pros

Salary is good. A lot of the staff is very caring and supportive, most patients are great.

Cons

When you first start the job you are warned by many employees that there is a high turn-over rate and most people do not stay longer than 6 months. This is very true I found out. The staff is not appreciated at all, and regularly berated by management on all levels. The CEO has yelled and severely admonished employees in front of patients. A bad review on Yelp turns into a corporate inquisition. Please avoid this place it will save you a lot heart ache.
