      I honestly can't think of any

      Cons

      They furloughed so many employees during Covid, including all the HR tea, despite the owner being hugely wealthy by having the company handed down from family. They have no technology. Management is not up to date. Abysmal organization

      - Good staff and team members - Provides travel expenses - very good HR policies - Health benefits given to employees - Onsite expenses are provided for some projects

      Cons

      - Involves lot of travelling across India - Office location is in isolated area - Sometimes it is hard to get compensation - Does not involve lot of learning - On site accommodation can be better
