Learning ASANA was really the only pro from a professional standpoint. the job would have been done by a high schooler. If you can handle the work environment its good for the resume.
Cons
Very Toxic. There was no training and when you inevitably made a mistake (because of not being trained) they acted like you were dumb. They also give you so much work for very little pay. There was no need for being in office everyday except to be micromanaged. They imply that you should not have a work life balance and you're looked down on for leaving when your shift is over. Additionally, they will ask you to practice unethical business practices like ignoring vendors requesting money.

-Offered No benefit packages for full-time employees -Quick turnaround rates on employees -The company had a strict no-work-from-home policy but would make exceptions for select team members -Unsustainable work model -Would text/message you on your off time (No work-life balance) -The company required you to use your personal cell phones for all work calls with clients, vendors, and other teammates.
