Pros
innovative company with ambitious goals, much more of a open minded approach than a lot of Taiwanese companies, management generally supportive and has tons of potential not only in Taiwan but internationally in the EV industry
Cons
HR approach doesn’t match the modern way of the company. Don’t seem to understand that good HR/fair pay rises/good culture is benefiting both the employees and the employer because staff will stay longer and you don’t need to retrain so many engineers
