We pride ourselves in eliminating the office drama that often plagues office environments. But people are people and occasionally, perhaps, there are things that go on that we don’t know about or somehow can’t control. And we’re sorry that you seem to have experienced one of those situations.

Awesome employer. My boss is amazing, my co-workers are great, and they compensate well.

Cons

As with any consultant firm, work sometimes comes in waves. It'll be slow for a while and then get busy all of a sudden.

The caliber and integrity demonstrated by the CEO, Brent Wright is integrated throughout the entire company. I have never worked in such a sincerely supportive and positive environment. Yet it is evident that standards are never compromised. You witness everyone around you doing their best work and you are naturally motivated to do the same!

Cons

Naturally there were aspects of the job that I didn't love but they were simply part of the job, they were not connected to the company.
