      If you’re looking to be an order taker, this company is not for you. Though support and collaboration is abundant, being able to operate within a startup company requires skill sets of agility, speed, and patience..all working simultaneously. Must be tech savvy and be able to navigate across multiple CRM platforms. Must maintain drive and prove performance without constant supervision, and be comfortable in a flat and fully transparent organization.

      Pros

      Above & beyond the best team Ive ever worked with in my career from top to bottom. The collaboration & camaraderie is palpable. Everyone is always willing to help at the drop of a hat & are all working together for one common goal. An organization with a culture like this motivates the employees to put their best effort forward.

      Cons

      It can be a little resource strapped at times due to lean & mean team - but trending in a good direction. From an ad sales perspective, the product deff does not "sell itself" so you will work hard (but make the reward that much sweeter)
