Pros

None? Ok for holiday but no sick days.

Cons

Management team are bad. They will do whatever is best for their tiny little person and then think about their team. They will never share any of the advantage of working for a big group. Salary is low but compared to tourism it’s not so bad. 45/50K ( Canadian dollar). No communication. Worldstrides is just getting rid of everyone : manager and team member.
