Pros

Fleixablw hours and occational ability to work from home. Ability to make more money if needed bt picking up extra hours. Immidate cash incentives for meeting quotas. My clincial supervisor is God sent.

Cons

Business and clinical world meet but not a positive way. A compamy thad on the surface presents like it is invested in empoyee well being and professional developed while all actions are contrary. Focused on numbers and growing fiscally but mot in providing quality care to people that call or ensuring that the mental heath of their employees are preserved. No checks and balances- dictatorship. Should you have a difference of option or respectful decline a task there is no room for negotiations. Essentially you are placed in a bloc with little to no room for advancment to provide meaningful contribution to the organization. If you need a job sure, but if your in a position of choice recosider. Lower management not more compitent or experienced than their teams but cammand respect as if they have superior knowledge or experience.

Pros

Flexible work arrangements/ WFH options Good for entry level counsellors Company environment

Cons

Extremely tight schedules with very little flexibility in time and breaks. A lot of micromanagement because the focus is more on the schedule met, instead of the quality of the client interactions. Benefits not as good as other companies out there.

Pros

I gained great experience in working with individuals globally. Coworkers were very supportive and friendly. Local management was initially stellar in developing my skill set.

Cons

The company grew exponentially and with this growth, tending to employee satisfaction took a back burner. Micromanaging came in to replace availability of supervisors on site. The company struggles to accept and accommodate disabilities and sickness. Focus is on "productivity" / numbers but does not take into account limitations with a developing disability. Human resources are not attuned to Canadian employment law as it is based in the US.
