      Pros

      - Got all the right structures in places to be/feel successful and supported. - Customer genuinely love the product; there's such a customer-centric mindset that I feel value is being provided every day. - Leadership is ego-less. No micro-management. Trust in employees and team leads care greatly for my success. - This company is a rocketship.....

      Cons

      Maybe it is because I have been in the company for only a year but so far no complaints or any cons. I would say... if you are not comfortable with a constantly changing landscape (due to hypergrowth) then you could feel overwhelmed. I personally thrive in these conditions.

      Amazing people, results oriented, and big opportunity

      Pros

      - The number one positive is the people. Working for a company where the team is always looking to work together towards a common goal and have fun along the way is a truly gratifying experience. - Workato offers an amazing opportunity to build something great. Being able to contribute to building a company in a large market opportunity is very exciting. - Top-level leadership sets the right tone. The CEO of a company can make or break a company. At Workato the CEO is truly interested in the success of the employees and the customers and he doesn't show this only through words but through his actions. - While it's a lot of hard work, the company focuses on work-life balance to ensure everyone gets the breaks and time they need with family.

      Cons

      - A lot of hard work. The company believes in working hard and then succeeding as a team. This is a good thing for me, but it may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Everyone is a company builder. Team spirit. Focus on helping the customer be super successful. Growth mindset. Very employee focussed. There is a work from anywhere mentality so if people want to return to the office they can or they can work remote indefinitely.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment might not be suitable for everyone.
