Pros
Many of the employees are truly wonderful both personally and professionally. The work is very challenging and the navigators bring their best to their clients each day. It’s highly impactful work with a lot of possibilities.
Cons
The upper management is extremely toxic. I’ve never been gaslit to such an extreme degree or spoken down to day in and day out. The turnover of staff speaks for itself — so many staff members have left because they have a target on their back placed there for the smallest mistake by the C-Suite.
