WFS: Much better than recent reviews

Wrote this out as I've seen many poor reviews here by people who look to have left the business and might be salty with the company but i love WFS and thought i would share my thoughts. In my view WFS is in a great position with IPO level revenue, consistent growth (on the INC list again this year - 9th time in 10 years), with us growing internationally as well as into bigger and bigger enterprise accounts Pros from my view - Generous Compensation plan, especially for top performers - Intelligent Colleagues - Leading product in the space - Strong partnerships with major players such as SAP/Oracle/Deloitte/Accenture/IBM - Happy Customers - Get to work with interesting accounts right away - Exec access - every c-level exec on the team is just a phone call away and is always looking to help the business If you are looking to join be prepared to have to work deals over time with partners both in and out of the company. If you haven't before your tech network will grow in this role.
Cons
- HCM space is consolidating leading to increased competition and importance of partners - Sales cycle is long at 2-3 years in enterprise accounts - Career Growth is somewhat limited unless you are looking to move internationally as sales structure is fairly flat To counter some posted cons - Company is fully financed after another round of VC investment - Product is config and not code based during installs, actually a big positive
