Pros

It is difficult to give a pro about this company, they had such an opportunity to create great technology and they lost it.

Cons

asked us to cancel our Xmas holidays to meet a deadline, this is not the first time they have done this to me. Never ask us our opinions on anything. code monkey mentality from the managers. moves people around teams every couple of weeks, no continuity. new senior management coming in, all from the same company and are begging to outsource everything. clueless communication, even if there is a plan(which i doubt) nobody knows what it is.

Great profitbale product, pretentious middle management

Very profitable, great CEO (as long as he is careful he is not building a fat bank behind his back)

Cons

Pretentious middle management who think they are LinkedIn or facebook lookalikes but who exhibit poor leadership coupled with very low strategic thinking, if thinking was something they could do.

Great team spirit. Nice office/location. A lot of talent across the different departments.

Cons

A bunch of talented people that have little to no recognition. A big hype built around the growth of the company and then everyone is out of a job! Company made employees invest a lot of their time on projects, many times at the expense of their personal time, and then, Dublin office to close. Company with a very bad reputation so you feel like you've invested your time and effort into a company that you might think twice to have on your CV.
