      Great Construction Company where they let you do the best you can with some Independence

      Pros

      They trust you to do the best you can. Great reputation. Stable company where most people stay for a long time and even a large amount retire after 20 or 30 yrs.

      Cons

      They could do more to create a culture of team work & fun. There are not a lot of systems or training paths to learn so its more of a mentor ship & learn by doing environment.
