      Pros

      Great Benefits, and vacation, also Monday thru Friday work week. Other than that not really any pro to this job.

      Cons

      If your not on your knees for management they will screw you over so fast, certain drivers Do What they want, while the hard working ones get overwhelmed with work. Also the dispatcher doesn't have the slightest clue as to what he's doing.

      Relatively relaxed environment and most of management is responsive.

      Cons

      Didn’t really want to go all in for the division to succeed. Management would just give into the corporate overhead.
