Pros

Non-management co-workers and clients. Opportunities to work from home only if you are in the right roles and either on the "favorites" list or have a valid excuse (heavy emphasis on valid).

Cons

Upper management is dishonest. Pay is extremely low for what is expected of you. They see no issue with stealing intellectual property from employees and then firing them upon completion of the assignment. The technology used is not only old but always refurbished. They see no issue with utilizing property meant for clients only, for this reason, there have been instances of theft as well as damage. They will boast about how they have a 100% retention rate in terms of clients and that has been a lie for some time. As well as the retention of their first employees, now while there are still some most have moved on to pursue opportunities where they are actually appreciated and compensated appropriately. You should never have to feel as though your day is based on the feelings of another, but at WA that is a daily struggle. If a certain partner (also mentioned below) is having a bad day you need to ensure that you stay off their radar otherwise you will get a lashing of some sort. That same person is rude and doesn't seem to understand standard business practices (ie. appropriate conversation) and the only way to make it through is to forget your own morals and take what they say with a grain of salt. In reality, though why would anyone want to go through that "walking on eggshells" feeling every day?

Wireless Analytics (WA) has spent nearly 15 years providing industry-leading mobile managed services and support to our customers. Our business would not exist without our talented staff, many of whom have been with the organization for almost 10 years. Our industry is challenging and constantly changing and as a result, we do ask our employees to embrace change and adapt to the requirements of our customers. In return, we do our best to provide a flexible, warm, and caring environment that encourages individuals to grow both professionally and personally. Unfortunately, this sort of environment is not for everyone and from time to time we see our staff move on to new opportunities. We have also seen a number of staff leave WA only to return at a future date. While we may never know why the recent reviewer felt the need to speak negatively about WA, one possible reason may be that the individual had left WA and then requested to return to the WA team. Unfortunately, we had to decline her request. For the record, Wireless Analytics categorically denies the false statements posted by this previous employee. Our track record of employee development and industry-leading customer retention are evidence of our commitment to building and maintaining a company that talented individuals want to be a part of. If you are looking for a vibrant, challenging career in a high-tech industry, we would love to speak with you.

Pros

Small team, easy work, great supervisors and team leaders.

Cons

Underpaid. Upper management does not care about the "little guys". Money is more important than keeping a good employee.

Pros

The last time the door closed on my last day was the happiest day since I started. Salaried for 50 hours a week and had to work close to 70+ with no bonus. Yeah that is a real pro!

Cons

Promotion only come in the form of more work less pay, there is no home/life balance. Pay sucks. Benefits are even worse. It's a dying business. They also lie and tell you there is room for advancement. There is none. Poorly managed at all levels.

We believe this is a fake post – Wireless Analytics has never salaried anyone with the expectation of working 50 to 70 hours a week. We have annual reviews and a flexible schedule that allows for work at home opportunities. There are opportunities for advancement, as we have a proven track record of promoting from within. Also, our business is growing fast - with sales up over 20% this year.
