Wireless Analytics (WA) has spent nearly 15 years providing industry-leading mobile managed services and support to our customers. Our business would not exist without our talented staff, many of whom have been with the organization for almost 10 years. Our industry is challenging and constantly changing and as a result, we do ask our employees to embrace change and adapt to the requirements of our customers. In return, we do our best to provide a flexible, warm, and caring environment that encourages individuals to grow both professionally and personally. Unfortunately, this sort of environment is not for everyone and from time to time we see our staff move on to new opportunities. We have also seen a number of staff leave WA only to return at a future date. While we may never know why the recent reviewer felt the need to speak negatively about WA, one possible reason may be that the individual had left WA and then requested to return to the WA team. Unfortunately, we had to decline her request. For the record, Wireless Analytics categorically denies the false statements posted by this previous employee.
