Pros

Ok money but, the owner has issues with paying out bonuses.

Cons

Where do I start? The platform is straight-up busted. Numerous customer complaints on the product not performing the way it was promised through sales. Data mapping and classification is an afterthought within the product. That was put in years ago and has not made a single upgrade since 2016! The company is literally going through a rewrite of the software now, and it's taken forever to complete. Do yourself a solid and avoid this place.

Pros

people were nice. Prospects are interesting and engaging. C level attorneys and CISO, Info-sec crowd.

Cons

Product is a scam. Doesn't do what it says. We'd demo the product in wireframes to prospects and keep on kicking the can down the road without delivering on timelime. Lawsuit worthy levels of verbal abuse took place when I was working with the sales team. Product is overpriced.

Pros

Data Privacy is an exciting space with tons of growth opportunities for qualified players.

Cons

WireWheel has pivoted multiple times to chase a new corner of the market with little market research or input from potential customers which has resulted in a lack of company identity and a complete lack of roadmap or vision. The constant change in focus means that employees are struggling to keep up with the whims of leadership and no amount of hard work will ever pay off because the work will be left abandoned in just a short amount of time. Leadership has no clue how to manage and plays favorites amongst the staff; the favorites are short-lived and never come back around, which is why the turnover rate is so high. The sales function is flimsy at best, training depends on who's around, and sales leaders are consistently ousted, or their role is reduced to such an extent that they are no longer effective.
