      None at all! Soul crushing place.

      Cons

      Low pay. 45 hour work weeks. No RRSP. Loyalty used to mean something here but now they just fire people and act like they never existed. Old coworkers now tell me they even taking away hybrid work for office personnel.

      Management changed Expected Project completion without support or assistance from upper Management. No room for growth Bad Pay Raise Upper management likes to raise their voice when you don't do things their way.
