Incredibly complicated yet vague build instructions, many many ratios and techniques to remember (if you mess up you’ll have to spend time undoing everything you just did), unbelievably low pay, frustrating and stressful due to lack of guidance and oversight. You’ll be working alongside current and former drug addicts, felons, and just antisocial people in general. It seems Wing inflatables prefer to hire these type of people to keep labor costs low. The turnover rate and messiness of final product say it all. Oh and you’ll be working in a filthy rotting factory with leaks in the roof!
