Hi there, thank you for taking the time to send us your review. As a business, we aim to ensure everyone feels like they are an important, contributing part of our organisation. We have also worked hard to roll out initiatives that allow everyone to progress in their career and feel not only empowered for the work they do but rewarded as well. We’re sorry to hear you had a poor experience while with the company. We ensure all leaders go through training when moving into upper management roles so that they are aware of what is required of them, the responsibility they must uphold, and the expectations they are to set for their teams. In my experience, senior leadership has always been approachable if I go to them with suggestions or to ask for support, and they’ve also allowed the autonomy to get on with things ourselves and manage our own time. Thank you again for your review. If you would like to discuss any of your experiences in more detail, or have recommendations of how we could improve, please feel free to reach out to me. My email is lauren.bullock@wilsonhcg.com. Kind Regard Lauren Bullock, Global Internal Recruitment Consultant

Pros

Work from home, virtual meetings make you feel connected, well-structured

Cons

Unethical management that lies to you, gets angry at you if you miss your numbers even if you go on vacation you have to 'make up for the time you missed'. If you raise a concern about anything, they hold it against you. Lack of resources - they don't want to pay anything for search tools so you're stuck doing nothing a lot of the time because you're out of free or paid reach outs. HR lied about the nature of the job at the beginning and said 2-3 days working from home and when brought up management said no... this happened to a handful of other people as well. They standardize objectives across the board so if you have are in a difficulty industry or have a tough client be prepared to be put on a growth plan and packaged out. Hitting your targets on a growth plan also doesn't guarantee they still won't fire you.. They try to avoid giving raises by making it impossible to move through the 'pillar program' they implemented and by distracting you by showering you with praise. Unfortunately, all this praise usually makes the employees head so big they start to wonder why they haven't received a raise in 3 years and they leave. They also tell you you can move teams freely and advertise postings but your manager can and does block that and it's common practice. Probably a good place for an employee starting out in recruiting but other than that I'd recommend you stay away.. the lying, dishonesty and lack of integrity is the worst part.

Pros

Great place to learn the basics if you are new to recruitment or want to do no work for no money

Cons

- the company’s main goal is to sell subscription based RPO, to develop six to twelve months of revenue promising 5-6 people will magically do the work of 10 people. Because it’s all remote, as a vendor, 15 people do the work, at the cost of salary of 6 people using interns and spreading people across multiple accounts - the company welcomes turn over to keep compensation low - the company does nothing to monitor people’s behavior with almost no actual management in office - most managers are promoted for their willingness to lie about the strength of the company, and pretend this is a good place to work - hr is non existent - training is garbage outside of basic recruitment - work parties are cheap wine and 1 bag of chips for 80 people - the more self interested and selfish you are, the better position you can achieve in the company. It’s pathetic to see the low standard of character leadership has
