The help-desk team was very supportive during the initial on-boarding. The staff, managers, and owner were very approachable and there was great communication between everyone.
Cons
The compensation was very low. Current wages are barely above minimum wage. There was little incentive for the required travel. Per Diem was far below the average rates.
