There is plenty of room to grow within the company. The employers want to see everyone excel at the work they do so that the customers receive the best service from the entire Wikimotive team. Every member works together to achieve this for customers are of high importance.

You’ll learn a lot by constantly picking up slack for leadership.

Cons

Owner has narcisstic personality disorder. Lies about everything. Takes home all the revenue and fires employees when anything goes wrong (usually budget stretched thin due to owner malpractice.) Forces employees to leave positive reviews on here to attract and gaslight new employees. By all means stay away!

Flexible and good pay. Generous with benefits and company culture.

Cons

Management tries hard to be the "cool start-up" but in reality they have no real direction or focus. They sell their clients a wonderful bag of goods but use lower level employees as scapegoats.
