      In the midst of a business transformation. Which isn't a con per se. But it does mean things are moving fast and the org is evolving rapidly. Some people may or may not like that sort of thing, depending on who you are.

      - Generally flexible work env - Remote first

      Cons

      - Part of the org behaves like a startup, while other part tries to behave like a governments, so things don't work out for obvious reasons - Lack of domain knowledge among the leadership, especially the long-timers
