      There are/were some really good people that worked at Whitmor.

      Cons

      Executive management is a joke. Free thinking is looked down upon. If you're not part of the clique, you have a bullseye on your back. Better not even glance at one of the CEO's chosen playthings or else you'll be looking for a new job. Favoritism toward family has always been an issue. No accountability at all. If you're an attractive woman, a position will be created for you.
