      Pros

      Remote. Most of the pros are empty promises.

      Cons

      Management and co-founder constantly putting down and criticizing your work. Management doesn't do anything to help get to youg goals, but instead just asks why you didn't do xyz. Always looking for negative KPIs, and not focusing on results. Culture is an unheard of concept. Everyone I work with is burnt out.

      Pros

      Great workplace, supportive team. Transparency from leadership and a genuine mission. It is exciting and rewarding to be a part of this business growing.

      Cons

      More of a word of caution to applicants - expertise is going to be needed. Entry-level experience probably isn't going to cut it. If you are good at what you do, have a proven track record, and are ready to dive in then you'll do well here.
