Great group of Experienced Professionals

Pros

The leadership team are all experienced professionals! They place tremendous importance on listening to their clients - and guiding them (gracefully and gently) to success with their business goals. We work hard, and yes we also have fun! It's just really nice to be working with a creative group of experienced and mature people.

Cons

Atlanta traffic has to be the only downside of working here. : ) They're at the top side of the perimeter. But, honestly they encourage us to move our work hours around for what works best for our commute. And as long as we're mature enough to get our work done, and work together as a team to meet our client goals - everything works the way it's supposed to.

Sinking Ship

Pros

Loved the employees that worked there. Made some great friends. Had a few cool projects.

Cons

Without a doubt one of the most poorly run agencies I have worked at. The CEO could not drive the ship nor would he let others. We lost so many jobs because of lack of direction and lack of delivery. Clients bailed right and left. The company was adrift when I left. Only a few remained and I have heard all the people doing the work (designers, developers etc.) all left. Both contractors and former employees are still owed money. I would advise anyone doing business with this company to rethink their relationship. I saw too many questionable business practices while I was there.

Pros

I've worked here a long time and have seen many highs and lows.

Cons

The highs make the effort worth it, and the lows force you to rise to the occasion.
