Pros

A few great people in the organization. Lots of amazing potential

Cons

A few bad apples with way too much authority. Unwilling to pay outside of corporate policy.

The people were great. Leadership? Not so much.

Pros

- The people I worked closely with were kind, supportive, and hardworking. - Some genuinely good humans are trying to make the best of a tough environment.

Cons

- Leadership is siloed, disorganized, and uninterested in growth or feedback. - Attempts to modernize internal processes or improve structure are shut down without discussion. - Titles and egos matter more than collaboration or results. - Gossip is rampant—even among executives—which creates a toxic undercurrent throughout the company. - Raises are low, praise is hollow, and layoffs happen without transparency. - Those doing the least often get the most recognition, while hard-working employees go unnoticed. - There’s little to no performance feedback, even when you ask for it.

Pros

Money is about the only thing they have going for them.

Cons

This place is a nightmare if you value respect or basic human decency. Upper management routinely yells at foremen like they’re trash and treat the workforce like expendable tools. There is zero servant leadership, only bullying, intimidation, and disrespect from the top down. The leadership style is downright abusive and creates a poisonous culture where morale is nonexistent and turnover is high.
