Employer paid health care. Generous paid vacation time, the more years with the company the more paid vacation earned. Paid sick leave.
Cons
In general salaries were well below market and salary increases were few and far in between. Management was almost indifferent to employee needs. Atmosphere for the most was, I'm here to collect a pay check. No incentive to work any more than was needed because there was no acknowledgement for going above and beyond.
Team in the Missouri Branch was incredible. Warehouse and Sales Teams were great to work with. It felt like home. Sharla and Steve were great resources to someone new to the industry.
Cons
Industry did not seem ready for change. It is very difficult for a younger generation to be accepted. As a female who was making a positive impact, I was met with rumors started be competitors who did not want to see someone like me succeed.
