      - Clear communication from leadership, including regular updates and visibility into company direction. - Strong focus on personal development and training — recently completed a Level 5 Apprenticeship with full support of the company - Recognises and rewards good performance through great iniaitives such as Employee of the Month and benefits available through our internal rewards platform. - Supportive colleagues who are always there for you and make it a great place to work! People are very passionate about their work, it's very encouraging to see. - Endless opportunities to get involved in a wide range of iniaitives and truly make an impact on the organisation.

      High expectations, especially during busy periods — but manageable with good support from my team.
