Pros

There is no Pros in regards to this company.The only Pro that could have happened if that certain individual had a chance to bring in the Union that would have put a big wrench into the big managements gears. Hopefully one day we'll get a union so we can be treated fairly and respectfully. Guaranteed management is going to do a follow-up review on this. Don't waste your time everybody sees the truth. Only you guys are blind and don't see what's going down on the bottom line with the employees versus management.

Cons

If i was able to add a NEGATIVE rating, it would be -10. Management is the biggest cons. Only thing on their agenda is sell sell sell and sell. Certain individuals are cheating the company as well as doing side jobs taking customers away for their own benifits. And these individuals do not get punished. The worst part is the individuals that are really high in Revenue and the company doesn't care how they get the revenue as long as they sell sell sell even by blatantly lying to the customer's face. These these individuals are causing grief for the rest of us that cannot keep up with the sales.

Pros

Nothing is good about this place, toxic management.

Cons

Another good review will go up immediately after this one - it's either a management review, or management telling us to put up a good review so people don't get scared away from applying. As soon as this post goes up, they're wondering who did it. Someone posted a negative review earlier this year and the whole company was talking. They don't care about their staff, just sell. They don't care about the customers, just sell. Fight for your pay twice a month, who cares, just sell.

Pros

Hot tubs are a lot of fun.

Cons

The products are heavily overpriced. We were told to lie and say they were a Canadian product, and they were not. They treated the customers so poorly after they took delivery, and don't get me started on how much pressure they put on the staff. It was horrible. oh, and they paid a company to delete horrible Google reviews. So dishonest on every level! The owner has everyone shaking.
