Pros
Unlimited PTO and its encouraged to take time off. There are some great people working for the company
Cons
I did not plan to write a review but after it was brought to my attention that the company clearly asked employees to write good reviews to bury a 'bad' (honest!) review I felt it was necessary to share my experience as well. Wellable talks constantly about the culture of the company being so very important and taking care of your own health and wellness being paramount. This is the opposite of the actual experience working here. They talk big to get young impressionable people (mostly women) to fall into line while in reality everything was over promised and under delivered. The CEO micromanages to the point of things not getting done without his approval. This even happened with parts of the business he doesn't really know well; he still wanted to control everything and does not often listen to what most other people have to say. My voice never felt important or even heard.
