Pros

Start up culture. Sales incentives/contests are great for added perks. Excellent entry-level and inside sales training. Sales managers are on the ball.

Cons

Back end is a mess. Not delivering clients website on-time and a lot of holes in their process post-sale.

Pros

The people are cool and really nice

Cons

The pay is a scam! You rely on the account managers to stay on a demo call for an hour to be able to get commission. The turnover rate is ridiculously high. People are all new and quits after a couple months. Don’t waste your time here

Pros

If you want to feel like how it feels like to work at a sweat shop in china or India, I strongly recommend this company literally no pros, no one stays there more than a few months unless they become friends with upper management.

Cons

-no work/life balance -terrible pay while you are making the upper management rich -they literally insult you if they find you in the bathroom between 9 am - 10 am and 4 pm - 5 pm. I have a very nerve racking story about this. I got insulted by a manager in the washroom " arent you a grown up you should use the washroom at home before you come in the office" funny enough he was in the washroom doing exactly what I was doing, blew my mind. -sketchy upper management, making sketchy decisions every day behind close doors to make sure sale reps make less money and upper management makes more -Honestly just run for your life and happiness, they totally brainwash me thinking that it is okey to work Saturday and Sundays for no pay. I realized how they brain wash people with their every morning meetings just after i left. -i feel so lucky that i stepped out of my comfort zone and said good bye to this sweatshop

Hi, we appreciate your feedback, it is because of these types of reviews that we are determined to improve even more! Do we push our staff to become better versions of themselves and be successful? Yes, we absolutely do! Employees may work extra hours if they choose and we reward performers with some of the best incentives other companies would envy. Hard work does not go unnoticed. How about a brand new TV? How about giving away $10,000 worth of prizes in one week, team trips to Niagara Falls and our Employee Appreciation day was a huge success. We are transparent about our wages and most of our staff make a minimum of $80K per year and more. Our eNPS is at 80% which is an excellent score....we must be doing something right! Our culture is second to none, and welcome anyone to ask the rest of our employees and past employees what they think about us. A recent comment: environment is a pretty cool, fun and doesn't seem like work at all. We invite anyone to come and visit us at our Toronto Headquarters and judge for yourself if this is an environment that promotes success, filled with talented and amazing people at every level, a true team spirit, an abundance of communication, incentives, and support.
