Pros

Great brand, products and category. If you want to be part of something that you can directly contribute and have an impact, this is the company. Tired of reading previous reviews from employees talk smack after they have been fired. If it was so bad, why didn't you quit? Professional immaturity. Love my job!!

Cons

Small, flat organization. Advancement is very limited. Need to improve on communication and sharing details cross-functionally.

Pros

It is a small office but makes for a great work environment! You get lots of cross-functional experience; really grows your overall knowledge of the business. Senior management is always there to help you when need it. Great people working in the head office, and you can feel the passion when you walk in the door. Everyone there cares about the brand, and it transcends into the work everyone produces. Weber is an amazing company to work for; to know the Stephen family is still a part of the company makes it that much more special to be a part of.

Cons

It is still growing and there will always be bumps along the way.

Pros

Not a lot of pros. Employee purchase program is nice if you needed a grill. You get a pay cheque.

Cons

The work environment is completely toxic. Managers are disrespectful and have no business in their roles. There is ZERO flexibility or work life balance. Want to work from home because you have a sick child? Nope - not allowed. Want to book time off? Forget about it. Need to leave 5 minutes early to pickup your kid for an appointment despite having worked past your hours all week? You can expect a 10 minute lecture about it. The work place is COMPLETELY dysfunctional. Verbal fights are the norm and senior managers swear at employees. There’s no business strategy and this is hands down the worst place I EVER worked at.
