      Terrible place to work in

      Pros

      None, false promises are made during the interview and throughout hiring process and are never spoken about once you join.

      Cons

      No proper work environment, you'll be busy hopping from one project to another at least twice in a day. No standards maintained while building a product, only agenda is to get a working module that can be sold. No seniors to help or take assistance from, company is just filled with interns. No fixed working hours, might have to stay over at the company for 2-3 days at least 3 times in a month. Salary is never on time, food provided as an incentive is of pathetic quality. Ex-employees visit often to get their documents, most of them are not giving their last month's salary.

      Pros

      Thinking hard but still not able to find any reasonable good point. Expect some of teammate was very helpful. Good for freshers only who want to work more than 10 hrs

      Cons

      CEO treats employees like machines or at best, he wants one person can handle 3-4 task at one time without expecting salary. He will force you to work more then 12 hours a day then he will be happy. Company have no Plan for the future. Product is bad to work with. They allow 15 CL + 5 SL per year but when you ask for sudden leave, they will look at you like you asked for their Kidney. No health insurance, no food, no outing, no activity, no bonus, no yearly hikes etc. They prefer to hires only interns and then expect them to work like an experienced professional and in returns offering Peanut. I got to know from other team members, he is an IIT pass-out but he have no future plan and management skills. Beware if you are joining this company as a fresher. Join this company even if you have no options in hand.

      There are no pros here. Except you see a fatty face serious comedian.

      Cons

      1. Less Pay. 2. No work life balance. 3. Brainless CEO with no respect on the employees. 4. No skilled projects, hiring freshers and torching them without pay. 5. Sense less man that i have worked with in my entire career. 6. Don't join this company, No Respect for employee and you will work like a slave here.
