High leadership turnover which is poorly communicated. Decisions made by a select few with limited awareness of what is happening below them. No desire to understand either. Job security feels under threat (and at the whim of a few leaders). Lack of care around career or even of the employee as a person is bad. Diversity and Inclusion are virtually non existent and there is no desire for that to change. Expectation to work until you burn out with no thank you.

A total mismanaged dumpster fire. Unrealistic targets for sales, horrible leadership, if you are not Irish, you are constantly on the edge of your seat about being fired. Everyone has been promised stock options, but they will never tell you how to get them. If you love 12 hour workdays, being forced to come into the office, no communications from senior leadership than this is the place for you! Lots of unethical firings. LOTS of senior leadership team leaving, can't be a good sign.
