      Fun environment with strong leadership, but office politics exist

      Pros

      Cool people, great fun environment. Good place to be whilst sales working so well. Leadership have worked very hard on crafting a specific culture and there was a very rough transition. I'm seeing the benefits in a major way now.

      Cons

      When the chips are down it can become a bit games of thrones-ish

      Great people and strong collaborative culture. Good work-life balance. Growing, successful company with a solid enterprise customer base. Challenging and meaningful work with real impact — many customers actively use what you build.

      Aligning work across teams with different priorities can sometimes be challenging.

      what a chaotic structure! Lack of management, lack of vision, structure. I wasted my time there.
