      Flexible working hours Working from home and in the office. Kind and caring community

      Need more information on career progression. I didn't know you could get support towards doing a degree until my contract was expiring.

      Pros

      Some training opportunities. Responsive HR. Some structure to the role.

      Cons

      Culture of bullying allowed and called "banter" whenever anyone calls it up. You are promised the world before joining but get none of the training when you get there. Saturated with Psychologists and other professions treated unfairly. Senior management are toxic and undermine nurses and nurse training opportunities limited, particularly for physical health training. There is cronyism when it comes to promotions within the Trust. Most of senior managers are Psychologists.

      No salary increasement. Sometime you will be on your own to handle the situations.
